AccuMax II Heavy DCM Barrels for the AR-15
BlackStar offers competitors "ready to shoot" AccuMax II barrels for AR-15 Service Rifle competition. These barrels are button-rifled and feature BlackStar's electropolished and tapered bore. All are crafted with six full-height lands (.0035" high).
BlackStar offers Heavy Contour DCM Barrels for pre-ban and post-ban AR-15 rifles, as well as for match rifles or "space guns". These barrels are based on our .224 caliber, 8 twist AccuMax II barrels, and are completely chambered and fitted by Frank White of Compass Lake Engineering. As many competitors are already aware, Frank is one of the pre-eminent AR-15 gunsmiths working in the High Power arena. With his assistance, BlackStar now offers one of the best "drop-in" AR-15 barrel system that you can buy today. All threads and diameters are completed on these barrels, and the gas port is drilled into a groove.
