BlackStar Barrel Accurizing Pricing
(Prices do not include shipping, insurance & handling.)

Include two appropriate cartridge cases for each barrel in your shipment.  We prefer them to be fire-formed.  Includes gaging and borescope inspection, as well as tapered-bore electropolishing.

    Disassembly/Reassembly

Required on assembled firearms and ported barrels.  Semi-autos must be stripped with the gas port exposed.  No chromed-lined barrels.

   

Cleaning / Lapping
     

$30.00 / hour
     

Fouled bores shipped to us for processing must be clean.  If the bore is not clean, we must charge you for that service.  On very rough bores, a preparatory lapping may be needed.  If we feel that such a step is needed, you will be notified and asked to authorize the extra charge.

   

Inspection Fee for Declined Barrels

Barrels received for BlackStar bore polishing are subjected to basic inspection and testing.  We examine the bore carefully with both a borescope and a bore gage.  If we decline to process your barrel, we do our best to advise you why the barrel cannot be processed and what your options are.

Important Customer Info

Estimated Delivery Time.
Accurizing: 2 Weeks.

New Barrel Orders: 8-12 Weeks. Most new barrel orders are completed in
6-8 weeks but, due to demand, we are not comfortable quoting any less than
8-12 weeks at this time.

Payment. (Prepaid on New Barrels or Prior to Shipment on Existing Inventory.)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier Checks.


No Scopes, Rings, Stocks or Bolts, Please.  We accept only barrels and barreled receivers.  This means no scopes, rings, bolts or stocks. We will have to charge a disassembly/reassembly charge if we receive the gun assembled.

Surface Treatments.
Please notify us if you have used any non-standard bore treatments in your gun barrel, including but not limited to Friction Block, Prolix, LPS & TSI-301.  In the case of some of these non-standard bore treatments, we must perform a different cleaning process to the bore prior to processing it.  Please let us know!
